INCLUDES:

​

  • Banquet seating for up to 150 guests (15 round tables, 150 chairs included)

  • Use of Sanctuary (Saturday, 10 am – 10 pm)

  • Access to The Wedding Chapel for rehearsal, (Friday, 7-9 pm)

  • Upper level of Fellowship Hall (Friday, 7-9 pm and Saturday, 10 am - 10 pm)

  • Exclusive use of The Wedding Chapel for day of event --Overages on the day of the event (prior to 8 am or later than 10 pm) will be charged against the Security Deposit at $100/hour or portion thereof

  • Air conditioned dressing room for Bride and bridesmaids (photographer, hair/makeup artists, moms allowed; no children without pre-approval)

  • Air conditioned dressing room for Groom and groomsmen

  • Kitchen for catering and food staging (all cooking to be done off site)

  • Garbage Service provided

  • One Wedding Chapel staff person available for rehearsal and all wedding day as resource person (questions answered, etc. No clean up included).

  • TOTAL = $3,500

    • ​No sales tax added

    • Insurance Rider required

    • Cleaning Deposit required; refunded when TWC is left in satisfactory condition.

Bar Package​ -

The Wedding Chapel Bar Package must be used if alcohol is served. Included :

  • Bartender for maximum of 4 hours (see alcohol policy)

  • Champagne flutes, wine glasses, beer cups, ice                     $600.00

 

Set up chairs & tables – Wedding Chapel Staff                              $200.00

Clean up chairs, tables – Wedding Chapel Staff                             $200.00

DJ / Sound system -

  • 1 - 2 hour planning session

  • 6 hours for wedding & reception                                              $600.00

 

Dinnerware - 

Up to 100 place settings = $550;  150 = $800

  • Round or Square white dinner plates

  • Gold or Silver chargers

  • Flatware (knife, fork and spoon for each setting)

  • Water goblets

  • Tables set = Wedding Chapel Staff

  • Tables bussed at end of meal = Wedding Chapel Staff

  • ​Dishwashing = Wedding Chapel Staff

Please note -- If a different rental company is used, client is responsible for dinnerware set up and removal.
